Weapon (whip), artifact (requires attunement by a Weapon (Whip), Artifact (requires attunement) )

A small contraption consisting of two metallic disks connected to an axle with a ball-bearing. Tied to the axle is a long string that stretches to five feet when unraveled.

The string is long enough to ensnare its targets to momenteraly restrain them.

Proficiency with a Whip allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.


This weapon has the following mastery property. To use this property, you must have a feature that lets you use it.

Slow. If you hit a creature with this weapon and deal damage to it, you can reduce its Speed by 10 feet until the start of your next turn. If the creature is hit more than once by weapons that have this property, the Speed reduction doesn’t exceed 10 feet.

Notes: Damage: Bludgeoning, Restrained, On succesful attack against a medium or smaller size target, the target must make a DC 12 strength save. On a failed save the target is restrained and must use an action to re-attempt the save on their turn. While a target is restrained the Wild Spinner cannot be used for other attacks. As an action you can make a Sleight of hand check DC 15, on a succesfull check you spin the Spinner around you dealing 1d4 damage to all adjacent targets. On a failed check the string snaps and you must spend 1 gold worth of materials and 1 short rest to repair this item., Weapon (Whip), Artifact (requires attunement) , Control, Finesse, Reach, Slow
