One of the few power stones created by the dwarven god Moridin, the time stone has the once a day ability to stop time for the equivalent of one turn for the possessor. In this turn the user can do anything he/she can in any given turn with no response from others around. In the events of making attacks, the user has advantage on all attacks when time is stopped. The user also can, at the time of an attack, make a DEX saving throw (18) to stop time before an attack is made against the user or friendly targets. In which time no matter the line of initiative can use a turn while time is stopped.
