A strange aberrant weapon with an embedded EMP capacitor. Upon impact, you may expend a charge to blast the target with an electromagnetic burst. Each creature in a 10-foot-radius sphere centered on that point must make a Constitution saving throw. A target takes 1d8 lightning damage on a failed save, or half as much on a successful one. Additionally, aberrant machinery struck by this burst becomes non-functional for 1d4 days.
AI Persona. This weapon has an onboard AI persona that will bond to a single creature at a time, preventing the weapon from being attuned to by any other creature until either it, or it's bonded person is destroyed. When a creature bonds with the weapon's AI persona, the hammer gains the following randomly determined properties:
- 2 minor beneficial properties
- 1 minor detrimental property
Proficiency with a Maul allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.
This weapon has the following mastery property. To use this property, you must have a feature that lets you use it.
Topple. If you hit a creature with this weapon, you can force the creature to make a Constitution saving throw (DC 8 plus the ability modifier used to make the attack roll and your Proficiency Bonus). On a failed save, the creature has the Prone condition.
Notes: Bonus: Magic, creature bonded with the onboard AI persona, Damage, Combat, Heavy, Two-Handed, Topple
