You have a +3 bonus to attack and damage rolls made with this magic weapon.
The blade itself is bone white which is unsurprising considering that it looks like a massive shark's tooth. Serrated on one side the blade is surprisingly wide roughly 6 inches wide at the base and narrowing until it reaches the point of the blade roughly 9 inches tall. The blade itself is impossibly sharp regardless of whether you sharpen it or not and it cuts with remarkable ease. You get a sense that the blade wants to slice.
The black elderwood handle is jet black and gently curves back against the palm. Inset in the pommel is a sapphire that faintly glows giving off a a gently light. You swear that as you use the blade the glow deepens. You notice that when the blade draws blood or you have the desire to use it to attack the sapphire gradually turns ruby red like blood mixing with water. Pushing on this sapphire will release the stored magical energy allowing you to reap and sow life with equal tenacity.
Twice per day, you can trigger the sapphire which will allow you to use your next attack to heal as well. In order to do this, declare your intention to use the dagger before your action. You can use this ability with any ability that does damage. You will be able to heal the targets of your choice up to a value equaling the damage you did in the declared attack. For instance, if you used the ability and did 30 damage, you would be able to a lot 30 points of healing to as many targets as you would like.
Proficiency with a Dagger allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.
