This Tinkered Hand Crossbow was crafted by Mateus, beginner Articifer.
This crossbow has a modified design and requires a specific ammunition. Only Darts or Modified Darts may be fired from this weapon.
Modified Darts are able to hold a glass vial. Upon impact, the liquid in the vial is injected into whatever was hit and the effects of that vial are immediate. Healing potions administered in this way do not accrue damage when struck. If the liquid in the vial causes damage, add the appropriate die to the regular damage.
Proficiency with a Hand Crossbow allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.
This weapon has the following mastery property. To use this property, you must have a feature that lets you use it.
Vex. If you hit a creature with this weapon and deal damage to the creature, you have Advantage on your next attack roll against that creature before the end of your next turn.
