This pocket watch has a weird dial on the side, which can be twisted. In the wrong hands this will just result in the watch hands turning as usual. In the hands of the attuned, time slows down.

The attuned can spend a bonus action to turn the dial. Time around him slows down, allowing more to happen during this time and granting him an extra action.

This can only happen once per 2 turns. The watch holds 3 charges and expends 1 charge per usage. The watch gains 1d4-1 charge every short rest.
