Magic Tattoo: 3 charges of Shield. Regains 1d3 charges under direct moonlight. Regains all charges on a Full moon.

If the Spell 'Shield' is up and blocks any attack the attacker must make a DC 13 Strength saving throw, on a fail be magically pushed back 10ft and is prone. On a successful role nothing happens. this can only be used once per turn.
