Wondrous Item, artifact (requires attunement by a creature with an Intelligence, Wisdom, or Charisma of 13 or higher)

A sacred scroll imbued with the powers of a Deity of Restoration. The sturdy, fire-proof parchment is printed upon with a golden divine ink that shifts to be readable by whomever is attuned to it. Unlike normal arcane scrolls, it is not destroyed when the spells printed upon it are cast.

When you attune to this item, you choose Intelligence, Wisdom, or Charisma to be your spellcasting stat for spells cast using this item.

Anyone wielding the scroll may cast the Mending cantrip at will without material components. Attuned users may cast the additional spells listed below either with spells slots or by expending a number of charges from this item equal to the spell's level. Cure Wounds may be cast at a higher level up to half of the caster's total level (rounded down, minimum 1). If you expend this scroll's charges to cast a spell, it does not require material components. The additional spells printed within the scroll are as follows:

  • Cure Wounds
  • Lesser Restoration
  • Revivify
  • Fabricate
  • Greater Restoration

This scroll begins with 1d6+3 charges, can hold a maximum of 9 charges, and regains 4 charges at dawn each day.

Notes: creature with an Intelligence, Wisdom, or Charisma of 13 or higher, Healing, Utility, transmutation
