The staff is a long, silver shaft, guarded by two dragons, made of Jet and Pearl. The dragons intertwine up the shaft of the staff and heads face opposite ways along the top, facing outwards. Each dragon head contains red diamond eyes which contains the power to merge spells in perfect harmony, like the Yin Yuan Monarch once did. When the staff is used, a 

The staff contains the ability to merge the power of two unalike spells. Dual casting also has the ability to increase the power of spells, through the laws of nature (e.g. wind boosts fire). Although the staff does not have charges, if the staff is used to dual-cast spells, all spell slots are used no matter the amount. When using the staff, roll an INT save above 16 or be exhausted for 1 hour (even if the INT save is below 16, the spell slots will still be used and the dual-cast will still work). Spells used by the staff must be under 6th level and cannot be the same spell twice.
