This amulet is crafted from a small, polished gemstone that flickers with lightning when you hold it. When you activate it, it unleashes a powerful burst of thunder and lightning.

Stormstrike: As an action, you can smash the amulet on the ground, causing a massive bolt of lightning to strike a point of your choosing within 60 feet. Each creature within 10 feet of the point must make a Dexterity saving throw (DC equals 8 + your proficiency bonus + your Charisma modifier) or take 8d6 thunder damage and 4d6 lightning damage, or half as much on a successful save. In addition, the target is stunned until the end of its next turn if it fails the save. You can use this feature only once, and the amulet shatters when it is used.

Storm's Fury: While you wear the amulet, you gain resistance to lightning and thunder damage.

Thunderous Presence: When you enter a room or area, you can activate the amulet to create a booming thunderclap that echoes throughout the area, causing all creatures within 30 feet of you to make a Wisdom saving throw (DC equals 8 + your proficiency bonus + your Charisma modifier) or become frightened of you for 1 minute. They can repeat the saving throw at the end of each of their turns, ending the effect on a success. Once you activate this effect, the amulet loses its magic and cannot be used again.

Lightning Speed: While you wear the amulet, you gain advantage on initiative rolls.
