The Armor is Handmade by Xilebo the Dwarfen Smith. It is made out of Green Emerald, Gold and Dwarfen Metal. Although the armor should be very heavy, but it feels very light like magic. Maybe Xilebo didnt know about his Powers in smithing.

You can choose between Dodge or Dash as a Bonus Action when you are wearing this Armor.

You feel very safe in this Armor, as an effect youre immune against frightened.

This armor consists of a coat and leggings (and perhaps a separate skirt) of leather covered with overlapping pieces of metal, much like the scales of a fish. The suit includes gauntlets.
