The Time Turner Cogs are three bronze gears that have a slight shimmer around them as they radiate temporal energy.

The Time Turner Cogs are one of three pieces of a larger artifact known as the Chronometer. These cogs allow you to manipulate time and space. Attuning to the cogs allows you to gain 10 feet of movement. You are also granted the ability to teleport 30 feet as a bonus action, into an unoccupied space that they can see--this ability can be used a number of times equal to your proficiency bonus and resets after a long rest.

The Time Turner Cogs are currently placed inside the chest cavity of Aeon Elamin--they are the main piece of his artificial heart.
