A seemingly normal breastplate, with two snake heads coming out of the shoulders to the left or right depending on the shoulder. But if you inspect this item closely, it seems to have magic properties. If you get hit for damage, you may roll a D4 and deduct whatever you roll to the amount of damage. When you get hit a magic aura seems to protect you from some of the damage made from that hit (flavor text). The only person that can unlock the powers of this item is a holy paladin. If anyone else wears it will just have the effects of a normal breastplate.

This armor consists of a fitted metal chest piece worn with supple leather. Although it leaves the legs and arms relatively unprotected, this armor provides good protection for the wearer's vital organs while leaving the wearer relatively unencumbered.
