Weapon (whip), very rare (requires attunement)

You have a +2 bonus to attack and damage rolls made with this magic whip.

As a bonus action, the whip can transform between a cane and a whip. The whip's sections retract into the shape of a cane and can be used as a mobility tool when not in use. When in use as a cane, it does 1d4 bludgeoning damage on a hit and can only be used as a standard melee weapon.

When the cane transforms into a whip, the bar that holds the sections in place retracts and the sections of the cane become the sharp, hooked tails of a three-tongued whip. The tails strike as one. On a hit, the whip deals an additional 2d6 slashing damage.

Proficiency with a Whip allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.

This weapon has the following mastery property. To use this property, you must have a feature that lets you use it.

Slow. If you hit a creature with this weapon and deal damage to it, you can reduce its Speed by 10 feet until the start of your next turn. If the creature is hit more than once by weapons that have this property, the Speed reduction doesn’t exceed 10 feet.

Notes: Bonus: Magic, Damage: Slashing, Melee Weapon Attack: Bludgeoning, Damage, Combat, Finesse, Reach, Slow
