This strange container appears to be able to hold 4 liters of liquid and weighs 5 kilograms(just over 11 pounds) whether full or empty. Sloshing sounds can be heard from within the container when it is shaken, even if the container is empty.

This container has 20 charges which refresh each dawn.

As an action you can name one liquid from the table below and spend the required charges to produce 5 liters of that liquid. Afterward, you can turn the spigot at the bottom using the same action; or as an action on another turn, and pour that liquid out, up to 10 liters per minute, until empty.

Once the jug starts producing a liquid, it stays in the container until the full amount has been emptied, you name another liquid to be produced; in which case the stored liquid vanishes, or until the next dawn.
