The Thunderpipes are bagpipes made by the Alchemist Goblins. They were able to figure out how to add Lightning to every note played and spell casted using these bagpipes making this instrument deadly and sounding rockish. Whenever you’re casting a damaging spell, you will deal an extra 1d8 + 2 Lightning damage. Whenever you’re casting a non damaging spell, you will deal 1d4 + 1 Lightning damage to an enemy of your choice.

Notes: Damage: Lightning, Damage: Lightning, If Attunement isnt reached, every successful attack will do 1 Lightning damage to the user.
