Weapon (longsword), legendary (requires attunement)

Attack Bonus: +3

Damage: 1d10 Slashing Damage + 1d6 Cold Damage

Special Abilities: The sword has 10 charges, and regains 1d6+4 charges at dawn.

Icy Projectile: As a bonus action the wielder can pull on the trigger near the guard of the blade to shoot 3 icy projectiles that deal 3d4 cold damage. The projectiles will automatically recharge after 3 rounds or the wielder can expend one charge to recharge immediately. If the wielder hits with their melee attack the projectiles are an automatic hit but if they target a new creature or fail their melee attack, they have roll to hit.

Freezing Slash: When the wielder hits with a melee attack, the wielder can expend 2 charges to imbue the sword with the power of winter that freezes the target in place with the activation phrase: facti sunt glacies. The target must make a DC 16 Constitution saving throw or be frozen(paralyzed) for 1 minute and take 2d6 cold damage each turn. The target can repeat the saving throw at the end of each of its turns, ending the effect on a success.

Ice Spike: The wielder can use an action and expend 4 charges to cause the sword to emit a giant spike of ice, dealing 6d6 cold damage to a single target. Targets can make a DC 16 Dexterity saving throw for half damage.

Twin Souls: When connected to its twin blade, Winter's Bite can share charges with it's twin Blazebringer
