When you hit with an attack roll using this weapon, instead of dealing damage you can choose to mark the target with Causality. Causality lasts for one minute.
When you hit with an attack roll using this weapon that is marked with Causality you cause a fiery explosion emitting from the target. Every creature in a 5 feet radius has to make a DC 16 dexterity saving throw. A target takes 1d6 fire damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one. If additional targets were also marked by Causality, they explode as well.

The radius for the explosion is increased to 10 feet and the damage to 2d6 fire damage.

Proficiency with a Longbow allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.
This weapon has the following mastery property. To use this property, you must have a feature that lets you use it.
Slow. If you hit a creature with this weapon and deal damage to it, you can reduce its Speed by 10 feet until the start of your next turn. If the creature is hit more than once by weapons that have this property, the Speed reduction doesn’t exceed 10 feet.
