These wands are a pair, said to be made of metallic dragons scales. A golden wand and a silver wand.
While holding any of these two wands, you gain a +1 bonus to spell attack rolls.
While you are attuned to one wand, you may freely use the other wand, but you cannot be use both wands at the same time.
Both wands have 6 charges each that you can spend to cast certain spells using your spell save DC.

You can spend extra charges to cast the spell at a higher level, adding 1 level per extra charge spent.
Additionally, while both wands are attuned to different creatures and these spell casters are within 60 ft of each other, either can, as a bonus action, spend 1 charge to swap places with the other, so long the other is also willing to do so.
The wands do not switch places, only the casters.
Each wand regains 1d4+2 charges at the end of a long rest.
If you expend the last charge on either wand, roll a d20. On a 1, both wands turn gray, and crumble into dust.
