To enter the WitchLight Carnival, you’ll need a pair of wings. You gain a free pair of wings upon entry of the carnival. You may have the option to choose between Butterfly or Dragonfly wings. A participant of the carnival MUST have their wings on at ALL times within the carnival grounds. Any attending member of the carnival caught without their pair of wings will be subjugated they can’t even imagine.
