Weapon (longsword), artifact (requires attunement by a legend from across time)

A wonderful moon silver sword, engraved with Elvish runes that say "The Flash That Cuts Through Darkness".  This blade a mix of Elvish and Human ingenuity is truly a work of art that any swordsman worth their salt can appreciate.  Made seemingly using knowledge from another time line, and smithed for the use of the famous swordswoman Ginerva "Silver Wolf" Silverheart, whos famous exploits go from the Orcish Wars, the Vestige Crisis, The Valkian Clan Raids, the Battle of Praesidia, the Brookhaven Coup, and probably her most famous exploit yet, The Xia Bao Civil Wars.  This sword is rumored to only work in the hands of one with Elder Blood running through their veins and blessed by the moon, and any who are not of the blood line would not be able to access any of the abilities from this sword.  The sword is rumored to have been once one of Eilistraee's personal blades, until it was discrovered in a ruined state and then broken down to be remade.

This artifact gains a +3 bonus to attack and damage rolls made with it.  This weapon deals an additional 3d8 Force.  While attuned to this artifact, you movement speed increases by +20.  You may speak, read, and write Sylvan and Draconic.  While attuned to this artifact, you have immunity to Force damage.

The Silver Flash:  Your movements with this blade become so quick and precise that you could slice the wings off a moving fly in the blink of an eye.  You may perform the spell Misty Step at will as a free action, substituting movement speed to move at faster than reaction time speeds.  You may move up to some of your movement speed between targets, attacking as you see fit.  When doing this, you gain an additional bonus action which you may use as you see fit.

Swallow Cut:  A number of times equal to twice your proficiency modifier, you may perform an Eldritch Smite which does 6d8 force damage and knocks a target that is huge or smaller prone.  If your target is flying/levitating/hovering, this immediately knocks them prone towards the ground, as whatever magic that was holding them up is severed.

Life Draining Cut:  This blade counts as a vorpal weapon and crits on a 18-20 and does three times the amount of damage normally done when activating.  When performing a critical hit on a target, you immediately fall under the effects of Haste without the lethargy.  When scoring a critical hit on a target and killing them, you regain half the amount of total damage dealt out in that attack.

Primal Fury:  Your initial attack is made while stacking a Green Flame Blade on top of it, which allows you to proceed further with your strikes as normal.  A number of times equal to half your proficiency modifier, you may perform an Action Surge, which causes your body to go into over drive to take out your opponents.  While attacking, you may make two attacks with your bonus action instead of one.  You gain two Extra Attacks.

Master's Flourish:  Whatever enemy you hit with a Bardic Flourish die has disadvantage on any single spell save or attack roll until the start of your next turn.  Your Master's Flourish bardic die goes from a d6 to a d8 when using that feature.  As a reaction, you may perform a parry/riposte that adds your proficiency modifier to your AC temporarily.  If an attack would miss, you may immediately follow up with a counter attack which may be a spell/melee attack.  You gain an additional reaction per round of combat.

Breaker of Nations:  The Silver Wolf's feats on the battle field are nothing short of legendary.  Once per long rest, you may call forth the elder blood that resides within you, causing an arcane maelstrom that devastates entire armies.  In a mile radius centered on yourself, you may cause a gigantic ethereal green and silver sphere to explode with destructive power, dealing 500 force damage to all creatures/structures within the blast radius.  Structures are immediately destroyed as if under siege mechanics and targets reduced to 0 hp are atomized from the blast.  Once this spell goes off, the immediate mile long area falls under a random effect mentioned under the DM's choice.

Eldritch Finality:  Your Hexblade curse can now be done a number of times equal to your proficiency modifier per short/long rest.  When taking out a target that is effected by the Hexblade's Curse, you may transfer it to another target within 60 feet of the fallen target.  Targets effected by the Hexblade's Curse have disadvantage on spell saves, ability checks, and skill checks.  You also can use the Armor of Hexes ability which makes targets that are cursed by your Hexblade’s Curse, when they hit you with an attack roll, you can use your reaction to roll a d6. On a 4 or higher, the attack instead misses you, regardless of its roll.

  • 3 Minor Detrimental Properties:  You gain a collector like mentality with taking war trophies, but especially with powerful weapons.  As a battle drags on, you become more and more enthralled with the fight, almost not wanting it to end.  While shifted in your Lycanthropy forms, you tend to be more aggressive and domineering.
  • 2 Major Detrimental Properties:  When you attune to this blade, you take 8d10 psychic damage from the memories rushing into your mind from the Silver Wolf.  You feel compelled to answer to challengers that would dare attack your honor, which normally immediately leads to confrontation.
  • 3 Minor Beneficial Properties:  While attuned to this blade, you gain proficiency with Animal Handling.  You gain resistance towards fire and cold damage.
  • 2 Major Beneficial Properties:  While attuned to this blade, you may cast the following spells:  Plane Shift and Simulacrum.

Unorthodox Boon/Silverheart Legacy/Shadow Fell Blessed:  While attuned to this artifact and another sharing the same boon, you share an attunement slot.  While attuned this way, either your INT, WIS, or CHA is boosted to 30.

*Raven Queen Set Bonus (5 Pieces total)

    1. Boon of Fate:  When another creature that you can see within 60 feet of you makes an ability check, an attack roll, or a saving throw, you can roll a d10 and apply the result as a bonus or penalty to the roll. Once you use this boon, you can't use it again until you finish a short rest.
    2. Boon of Fortitude:  Your hit point maximum increases by 40.
    3. Boon of Irresistible Offense:  You can bypass the damage resistances of any creature.
