This javelin is a magic weapon. When you strike a target you may speak a command word and a sudden loud ringing noise, painfully intense, erupts from the javelin. Each creature in a 10-foot-radius sphere centered on the javelin must make a DC 15 Constitution saving throw. A creature takes 4d8 thunder damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one. The target struck or a creature made of inorganic material within the radius such as stone, crystal, or metal has disadvantage on this saving throw.
A nonmagical object that isn't being worn or carried also takes the damage if it's in the spell's area.
The javelin's property can't be used again until the next dawn. In the meantime, the javelin can still be used as a magic weapon.
Proficiency with a Javelin allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.
This weapon has the following mastery property. To use this property, you must have a feature that lets you use it.
Slow. If you hit a creature with this weapon and deal damage to it, you can reduce its Speed by 10 feet until the start of your next turn. If the creature is hit more than once by weapons that have this property, the Speed reduction doesn’t exceed 10 feet.
Notes: Damage: Thunder, Damage, Combat, Thrown, Slow
