This crossbow is a modified Hand-Crossbow that affixes to its wielder’s wrist.
It holds 10 bolts. Once all the bolts are expended, you can take a bonus action to reload.
This weapon does not interfere with the somatic portion of spell casting and is adjustable to fit small to large creatures.
Tiny and Giant creatures may have them adjusted by an engineer, alchemist or blacksmith. Can be worn but not used if a weapon or shield is already being held in the same hand as it’s being worn, however it can be worn over armor or bracers.
— Example: If holding a short sword with your right hand, and the crossbow is equipped on the right wrist it cannot be used, unless you stow, drop or swap hands.
If trying to conceal it in an area where weapons are not permitted roll a sleigh of hand check.
———This weapon can be modified through different skills, such as but not limited to tinkering, alchemy, magical enchants, and blessings to add bonuses such as to hit/damage/extra charges, etc… (DM & player may discuss the bonuses, with the DM having final authority).
Proficiency with a Hand Crossbow allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.
This weapon has the following mastery property. To use this property, you must have a feature that lets you use it.
Vex. If you hit a creature with this weapon and deal damage to the creature, you have Advantage on your next attack roll against that creature before the end of your next turn.
Notes: Can not be used if a weapon or shield is already being held in the same hand as it’s being worn, however it can be worn over armor or bracers so long as the bracers are not also a weapon. , Damage, Combat, Ammunition, Light, Loading, Range, Vex
