Wand, very rare

This ornately decorated wand looks exactly like a Wand of Fireballs but with a DC15 Arcana roll the true wild magic nature of this wand is seen 

This wand has 7 charges. While holding it, you can use an action to expend 1 or more of its charges to cast the fireball spell (save DC 15) from it. For 1 charge, you cast the 3rd-level version of the spell. You can increase the spell slot level by one for each additional charge you expend. 

The wand regains 1d6 + 1 expended charges daily at dawn. If you expend the wand's last charge, roll a d20. On a 1, the wand crumbles into ashes and is destroyed.

Whenever the Cursed Wand of Fireballs is used roll a d6 on evens, the wand works as normal, on odds, wild magic surges through the wand, roll a d100 for each charge used, and the effect(s) in addition to the spell being cast occurs:

Green energy crackles in your wand then an intense blast of magical energy explodes from a point centered on you. All creatures within a 30-foot radius except you must make a DC16 Dexterity throw, on a failed save a creature takes 5d10 force damage and is pushed 30 feet and knocked prone, and Half damage and not pushed or knocked prone on a successful save. you take 5d10 damage automatically and is also pushed and knocked prone. The wand is destroyed.

your skin turns a bright blue, giving advantage on Stealth Checks in water and disadvantage on Stealth Checks everywhere else.

your vision is blurred, any spell that requires Line of Sight is cast at disadvantage, and all visual (Perception) checks are cast with disadvantage.

Whatever you are holding in your wand glows red hot, and must be dropped (as a reaction) or take 1d8 fire damage per minute.
