Description: This lightweight hooded cloak is made from a material that ever so slightly shimmers like the sky during a thunderstorm, from dark greens to wildly impossible greys.  The right shoulder is severely scorched and burns radiate from this area in a dendritic pattern, evidence of the fateful day when the sorcerer was imbued with the power of the storms. These effects only work for the individual who was initially struck while wearing this mantle

• Zip's song and dance: Once per day, the wearer can call upon Zip to create a small thunderstorm within a 20-foot radius centered on the wearer. This thunderstorm does not cause any actual damage, but it creates a dramatic effect of thunder, lightning, and rain that can distract or intimidate enemies.
• UNLOCKS AT LEVEL 5 - Wind at your Back:  Once per day the user can empower themselves with the energy reserves in this cloak to double movement speed and jump distance for 2 rounds
