Weapon (greataxe), very rare (requires attunement)

When you hit with an attack using this magic axe, the target takes an extra 1d8 cold damage. In addition, while you hold the axe, you have resistance to fire damage.
In freezing temperatures, the axe sheds bright light in a 10-foot radius and dim light for an additional 10 feet.

This axe was once wielded by a undead minitour, so it is much larger than other Greataxes and as such there some benefits and drawbacks because of this. Instead of the normal 1d12 damage it does it now does 2d12 slashing damage, but it requires an athletics check to use it. It was given the blessing of frost from the frost Primordial known as Freyda The Queen of Blizzards, and as such it is much more powerful than magic items of similar nature. It was wielded by a chosen of the god of blood Oraggim for 50 years and was changed in its time of service. Those who aren't a barbarian of the Crimson Bones may only gain some of the benefits. If the character attuned is not a Crimson Bones barbarian they can use a bonus action to gain 1d6 temporary hitpoints as the frost of the weapon slows down bleeding in the body. If you are a Crimson Bones barbarian you gain 1d6 cold damage to your Crimson Veil abilities as blood stored in the ice of the axe is used up.

Proficiency with a Greataxe allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.

This weapon has the following mastery property. To use this property, you must have a feature that lets you use it.

Cleave. If you hit a creature with a melee attack roll using this weapon, you can make a melee attack roll with the weapon against a second creature within 5 feet of the first that is also within your reach. On a hit, the second creature takes the weapon’s damage, but don’t add your ability modifier to that damage unless that modifier is negative. You can make this extra attack only once per turn.
