zeus, greek god of the heavens and lightning once forged this mighty morningstar for one of his champions of old times. now long lost through the history, this mighty morningstar is waiting to be claimed by someone worthy
this morningstar deals 2d8 bludgeoning instead of 1d8, an extra 1d8 piercing and 2d6 lightning damage on hit.
On a natural 20 this weapon casts lightning bolt at 6th level, focusing the spell on a single target instead of the normal line the spell would follow as if cast like a spell. damage is also doubled by the spell and the creature, should it survive, cannot take a reaction during the turn of the natural twenty being rolled. this effect cannot stack however and can only happen once per creature. it still follows the normal saving throw rule and your spellcasting ability is intelligence plus your proficiency bonus.
this weapon also ignores all immunities and resistances of creatures.
this weapon on a dc 15 stuns the target for 1d4 rounds. however should the creature succeed on the save it is considered immune to the stun effect of this weapon.
you cannot be attuned to any other magical items, weapons or armour while being attuned to this weapon.
also should you choose to do any act or behave in any form of evil way that wouldn't be considered a necessary evil act in order to do good in the long term of things, this weapon for as long as you would wield it would be considered a normal plus 3 morning star. it will regain its legendary properties once you have repaid your debt to a satisfactory point by the wronged person or persons.
You have a +3 bonus to attack and damage rolls made with this magic weapon.
Proficiency with a Morningstar allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.
This weapon has the following mastery property. To use this property, you must have a feature that lets you use it.
Sap. If you hit a creature with this weapon, that creature has Disadvantage on its next attack roll before the start of your next turn.
