Weapon (hoopak), unknown rarity (requires attunement by a Can only be wielded by the blood of Timm.)

It is a Rune weapon. The Hoopak is inscribed with four runes. The Runes were inscribed by two Rune Masters and hoopak was conjure out of Iron Wood by a High Elf wizard/thief. They all believe in the Teachings of Tymora. The Rune Hoopak is 4' 6" tall unlike most hoopaks this one has a root knot on the bottom of it. The fork does not have a sling, there is a clear crystal gem in the fork. it appears to be bleach white with all the wood gain the runes inscribed in the wood look burnt in. 

Anyone that tries to take the Rune Hoopak at is not the blood of Timm or has the Blessing of Tymora suffer electrical stun. 

While at rest the Hoopak surrounds Timm with a protective aura.

Since Timm has vowed never to take a life. This weapon can only take any attacker down to one hit point ( this does not include Undead.) Lightning Bolt at one hit point stuns opponent unconscious, Divine Warhammer at one hit point knockout opponent.

Promote Medical Healing: +10 to HP while taking healing potions.

Protection from Evil Magic: (Divine Shield) Protect from any evil alignment spellcaster. On a failed Save Throw 1/2 damage. On successful Save Throw deflect and spellcaster takes the 1/2 damage.

For Mind Power: +3 to Int. & Wis. +3 in reading ancient runes. (Arcana, History, Insight, Investigation)

Provide Divine Energy: Tymora's Divine Smite: Takes one turn to charge. Timm must be holding the Talisman of Tymora & the Rune Hoopak with bare hands.

                                          Effects: 120' sphere of Divine Light. 

                                                          Anyone unprotected by Tymora

                                                           1d4 days of Blindness/Deafness 1/2 on saving throw (

                                                            ?d6 of Soul Reaper ( 2d6 of Temp Healing to each party member that has the Blessing of Tymora. Hit points caused by this can never be regained.)

                                                             Anyone protected by Tymora

                                                             If you are dead: roll 3d20 death save / on one successful roll / 1 hit point of Temp Healing plus 2d6 from Soul Reaper.

                                                              Temp Healing is only good for 24 hrs. Then you revert back to previous state.

                                                          Effects on Timm: Once activated 1d6 of age gain and goes unconscious.

Hoopak: Range 30/60 ft. 8d6 lightning bolt. If target is in water, an extra 2d4 of electrical damage. (Has 12 charges)

                 Melee: Divine Warhammer 1d8+8

A hoopak is a sturdy stick with a sling at one end and a pointed tip at the other.

Special. When you make a melee attack with this weapon, you ignore its ammunition property. You can use the hoopak as a martial ranged weapon. If you do, it uses the ammunition property, uses sling bullets, and deals 1d4 bludgeoning damage on a hit.

Notes: Damage: Bludgeoning, Stunned, Divine Warhammer is not effected by the charge value. , Can only be wielded by the blood of Timm., Finesse, Special, Two-Handed
