Spells: blood drain: (con 16) drains blood from your body giving their blood weapon +1 and you take (3d6) (1 charge)
blood spikes: blood erupts from the ground in the shape of spikes causing damage and making difficult terrain (Dex 13) on a successful save you take no damage (2 charges)
Blood wings: blood forms and hardening on your back and allowing you to fly 30ft (1 charge)
Bloody nightmare: blood erupts from the players body taking half of the players hit points and deals (10d10) on a failed dex save (dex 17) or half as much on a successful save
Notes: Immunity: Frightened, Immunity: Necrotic, When attuned to this item you can not be frightened , Cursed
