A set of five fingernails that are a mottled greenish yellow in color and that appear to be rotting but are as strong as steel.
Witch nail attunement: To attune to this item you must press each of the nails over your own natural fingernails until they attach and replace your natural nails. Once all five nails are attached the item is activated. As a bonus action you can switch between your natural nails and your witch nails. If your attunement ends the nails detach and your natural nails reappear.
Poisonous strikes. These nails are considered magical for attack purposes of overcoming resistance and immunity to magical attacks. When you hit a creature with these nails it takes 1d8 slashing damage plus 2d8 poison damage. The target must also make a DC 16 constitution saving throw or be poisoned for 1 minute.
In addition, one time per day you can cast the poison spray cantrip.
Proficiency with a Rapier allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.
This weapon has the following mastery property. To use this property, you must have a feature that lets you use it.
Vex. If you hit a creature with this weapon and deal damage to the creature, you have Advantage on your next attack roll against that creature before the end of your next turn.
