The Thunderstrike Repeater is a powerful and attention-grabbing firearm. Its unique feature is the Thunderous Shot, which creates a blast of thunder and inflicts additional damage on critical hits. This weapon excels at dealing high burst damage and causing disruption on the battlefield. The Thunderstrike Rounds required for this weapon can be crafted or obtained as rare ammunition.
It’s up to you to decide whether a character has proficiency with a firearm. Characters in most D&D worlds wouldn’t have such proficiency.
