This glass appears to be a high-quality glass goblet. When filled with any liquid, the goblet will immediately turn that liquid into fine wine. When this liquid is outside of the glass for longer than 10 minutes, it becomes its initial liquid form. When consumed, the wine will instantaneously make the consumer wildly drunk. This effect does not leave the user with a hangover. While under the effects of this beverage, the consumer has a +2 to their ac if they aren't wearing armor, has a disadvantage on all wisdom, charisma, and intelligence saving throws, and has their ability scores for the aforementioned stats set to 8, if they weren't already lower. All of these effects wear off after one hour.
