This tome allows the user the use of all spell slots for a certain level of choosing that a wizard would be able to use at that character's level. For example, a level 10 character will have spells and slots that would be available to a level 10 wizard. They would have the option of 4 first level spells, 3 second level spells, 3 third level spells, 3 fourth level spells, or 2 fifth level spells slots. When the user exhausts the spell slots available, the tome cannot be used again until dawn the next day.
