Weapon (javelin), uncommon (requires attunement)

Once on your turn, immediately after you throw this magic weapon and it lands, hits, or misses a target, you can speak a command word, spending one of the weapon's charges, and be teleported to the  weapon's location so long as it is no further from you than the weapon's long range.  When you appear, the weapon is in your hands and you appear in the weapon's space, or the space of your choosing adjacent to the hit target. If the attack missed, the DM chooses where the weapon lands. The space you appear in must be unoccupied and large enough to fit you. The weapon has 3 charges and regains all spent charges at dwwn.

Once on your turn, you can speak a different command word and the weapon appears in your hand so long as it is no farther than its long range from you.

Base Item: This weapon variant can be applied to any weapon with the thrown property.

Proficiency with a Javelin allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.


This weapon has the following mastery property. To use this property, you must have a feature that lets you use it.

Slow. If you hit a creature with this weapon and deal damage to it, you can reduce its Speed by 10 feet until the start of your next turn. If the creature is hit more than once by weapons that have this property, the Speed reduction doesn’t exceed 10 feet.
