The Tidecaller's Mantle is a finely crafted cloak woven from shimmering threads of deep-sea coral and infused with the essence of the ocean's power. When attuned to this item, the wearer gains the following benefits:

Amphibious Nature: The wearer gains the ability to breathe underwater as well as on land. Additionally, their swimming speed increases by 20 feet.

Call of the Depths: Once per long rest, the wearer can use an action to summon a wave of watery energy. Each creature within a 30-foot cone must make a DC 15 Dexterity saving throw, taking 3d6 cold damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one. Additionally, creatures that fail the saving throw are pushed 10 feet away from the wearer.

Oceanic Resilience: The wearer gains resistance to lightning damage.
