These boots have never been worn, the sole is unscuffed. This item is worn. The creature who wears these boots can levitate 6” above solid surfaces and move their normal speed as if the air were solid ground. They can only do so over surfaces which they could normally walk upon, though the terrain does not affect their speed. This special functions works for 1 minute a day and resets at sunrise. This item requires attunement.
