This item is a combination of several items using Dryad Heartwood. It's properties are as follows: 

Stirring (Rare). You gain a +1 bonus to AC, and you can’t be charmed or frightened. Moreover, each creature of your choice within 30 feet of you has advantage on saving throws it makes to avoid being charmed or frightened or to end those conditions on itself.

You have advantage on initiative rolls and a flying speed of 60ft. 

Difficult terrain doesn't cost you extra movement. In addition, magic can neither reduce your speed nor cause you to be paralyzed or restrained.
