During the multiversal Chaos Wars, the modrons of Mechanus created many powerful weapons to combat the invading hordes of demons. Time bombs are about the size of a dinner plate and are made of complex clockwork mechanisms beyond the comprehension of most mortal beings.

As an action, you can place a time bomb and set it to go off between 6 seconds (1 round) and 1 hour later.

When the time bomb goes off, the bomb is destroyed, and each creature in a 20-foot-radius sphere centered on that point must make a DC 15 Dexterity saving throw. A target takes 8d6 force damage on a failed save or half as much damage on a successful one.

In addition, each creature within a 60 ft radius must succeed on a DC 15 Wisdom saving throw or be affected by the slow spell for 1 minute.
