Wales of the dead: When near a creature you are not allied to, if that creature killed withing the last 24 hours, the soul of the killed speaks through this blade to attempt to reveal their killer.
As a bpnus action you make mark a creature within 30ft. You can use this ability any number of times equal to your proficiency bonus.
Soulsnare: When you kill a marked creature with this weapon, its soul is destroyed and cannot be revived. You may use its residual energy to empower your attacks for an hour, dealing an additional 2d6 psychic damage.
This weapon cannot be unbound from its wielder, if it is removed from its wielder it reappears after 1 minute in an unoccupied space within 10ft.
