You gain +2 on Wisdom for one hour.

If you consume this dew more than your constitution modifier a day, do a Con-Save against DC 12 + times of consumption for each consumption exceeding the limit.

Should you fail, you will be addicted to the drug. A restoration spell can cure the addiction.

Addiction: Your wisdom score can exceed 20. You also gain hallucinations, if you do not consume the drug daily. 

You also have to make a constitution saving throw each day without consuming the drug. The DC is 14 + the number of days without the drug. If you failed, gain a point of exhaustion.
