Wondrous Item, common
A small cyclinder packed with alchemical agents which explodes when thrown and emits a blinding light, disorienting any nearby creatures.
As an action, you may throw this item 30/60ft. Creatures within a 10ft radius must make a DC 14 Dexterity saving throw, the creature gains disadvantage if it is in darkness or sensitive to light. On a failed save the creature is blinded and deafened for 3 rounds. At the end of its turn, the creature may make a DC 14 Constitution saving throw to end this effect early.
