Anyone using the eye must roll a Constitution saving throw of 8 or higher to be successful. A fail causes the user to vomit, creating a lot of noise and inflicting 1 damage to HP. The eye can be thrown, rolled, etc at a distance of 30ft and as soon as it leaves the user's hand, they see what the eye sees. Any creatures nearby must have a passive perception of 15 or higher to notice the eye.
