When attuned to the tiara, the wearer is assaulted by a discord of voices. The voices are said to be those of lost souls that haven’t passed on.

-When attuned to this item, it is incredibly hard to think straight, let alone communicate, because of the discord of voices. The attuned user must make a DC 13 Wisdom save to communicate properly, otherwise you are not understood by anyone. Your words come out as garbled gibberish.

-The attuned user has advantage against deception and persuasion based checks
