You must have a Strength score of 15 or higher to wield this titanic bladed fang. Harvested from a tarrasque,must be living,these blades are renowned for their sheer destructive force.
Can be found but most common way of getting one is making it from a blacksmith requiring 1 tarrasque tooth and a makeshift blade.
