Wondrous Item, rare (requires attunement by a Attunement by a Wizard)

Against the very back of the Great Citadel of Auchtolovir, there stands a great stone relief, covered in dancing, mercurial inscriptions. Many of these marking are in old Dwarvish, indecipherable or forgotten. The Moonlight Fathers claim them to be Auchtolovir's dream visions, a sign of a lingering spark. Some Rocksinger craftsmen and arcanists claim them to be prophetic warnings. A section of this wall sits blackened and scarred, where Druum the Traitor scoured a piece for himself. Obsessed with the unnatural preservation of life, Druum betrayed the Midbar Adom and ascended to lichdom, to join the command of the Duskfall.

Before this rune was delivered to the lich, a spy posed as one of his neophytes returned it to the Moonlight Fathers, turning the tide against Druum and the Eight Lich Lords. It has since been studied eagerly by many arcanists and scholars interested in the greatest magic of all, *ChRoNoMaNcY!*

This rune can be inscribed onto a spellbook. The spellbook can be used as an arcane focus.

The rune has 5 charges, which are replenished when the spellcaster prepares their spells. The charges can be expended in the following ways:

1 Charge: When rolling a check for the following skills, the caster may expend a charge to grant themselves proficiency:

Arcana, History, Medicine, Nature, Religion

If the caster already has proficiency, they may roll the check with advantage.

2 Charges: If the caster or a creature within 30ft of them are targeted by a spell, they can use a reaction to teleport the creature to a space within 15ft of where they were when targeted, ignoring the effects of the spell.

Notes: Attunement by a Wizard
