Hags are ancient creatures that have plagued mortals since time immemorial. Their wicked, capricious natures reflect perfectly the brutality of nature's wrath. Some groups revere this, either out of fear or true admiration, but either way, their superstitions are a testament to the fey's wickedness.
Many yarns and old nana's tales tell of an owl that wandered too far into the forest, falling into the home of a hag, returning as a bestial owlbear. Others say that the first Yeti of the World's Spine were conceived in the cauldrons and dollhouses of Bheur hags. The Boronheim Marauders, particularly the Crone's Children clan, are said to hold dear secret rituals cleaving man to beast, the result being the generation's next Warlord.
The Circle of Mutation has held many hag's teaching dear, studying their shaping of creatures and all manner of wildlife. Some have even been fortunate, and cunning enough, to be visited by a powerful hag. Yarya Allsorrow shared tea with a particularly foolhardy practitioner, and she found too late as her wits began to fade, that the druid held a skinner's knife in their hands. The Circle gained a powerful artifact that night once the crone's wails had died down, and the secrets of her coven's practice were wrested from her with unwavering hands.

These Handwraps are a sickly gray on one side, the other side a soft, fleshy reddish-pink. The wraps constantly ooze blood, mucus, ichor, and other strange fluids. When in Wild Shape with at least one active Mutation, the wearer may choose to expend a number of Mutation Points to infect their attacks with a virulent cancer. The effect depends on the number of Mutation Points expended. The Druid may choose to expend these Mutation Points after the hit succeeds.
1 Mutation Point: The target must make a Constitution Saving Throw or become Poisoned. If the target fails, they may make an additional saving throw to remove the effect at the end of each of their turns.
2 Mutation Points: The target must make a Constitution Saving Throw or become Paralyzed. If the target fails, they may make an additional saving throw to remove the effect at the end of each of their turns.
3 Mutation Points: The target must make a Constitution Saving Throw or become Mutated. The creature may only use its turn to move its maximum movement, in a random direction. To determine the direction, roll a d8 and assign a direction to each die face. At the end of the creature's turn, their body is overcome by the developing cancer and explodes, dealing 6d6 poison damage to everyone within a 15-foot-radius sphere. A Dexterity saving throw reduces this damage by half.
Notes: Requires Attunement by a Circle of Mutation Druid
