The wearer of this belt can activate it by uttering the phrase "Woe is me." Upon doing so, for the next minute the wearer has no effects from any levels of exhaustion they currently suffer. This belt does not remove the exhaustion but suppresses its adverse conditions. At the end of the minute the user gains one additional level of exhaustion.
