A relic of a bygone era, predating the Tribulation Wars between the Titans and the Gods. Titans were the first entities to set foot on the world of Methuselah and they were gifted the souls in order to alter and manipulate the world around them in order to pave the way for others. 

The Time Titan Soul allows the user to manipulate the flow of time. By investing spell levels into the Titan Soul, the user can control time on a limited scale. Invested spell levels can then be exchanged to use the following properties:

SLOW

2 Spell Levels: Allows the user to cast the Slow spell.
 

CHRONO IMPRISONMENT

4 Spell Levels: enables you to stop time on one creature for a short duration, as an action, you can magically force a Large or smaller creature you can see within 60 feet of you to make a Constitution saving throw against your spell save DC. Unless the saving throw is a success, the creature is encased in a field of magical energy until the end of your next turn or until the creature takes any damage. While encased in this way, the creature is incapacitated and has a speed of 0.

TEMPORAL PARADOX

Reaction, when a creature casts a spell/attacks
6 spell levels: Allows you to create a localized time paradox, altering a brief moment in time to gain an advantage.
You target the triggering creature within 120 feet, which must succeed on a Wisdom saving throw or vanish, being thrown to another point in time where their attack failed and causing the attack to miss or the spell to be wasted. At the start of its next turn, the target reappears where it was or in the closest unoccupied space. The target doesn't remember you casting the spell or being affected by it.

Ultimate Power: Chronos Convergence

The ultimate power of the Time Titan Soul is the "Chronos Convergence." This power requires an elaborate ritual performed at a specific celestial alignment. When the ritual is completed, the user gains the ability to rewind time on a massive scale, reverting the state of the world to a previous point. This power can be used to undo catastrophic events or change the course of history. However, the ritual is incredibly complex and requires the gathering of rare and powerful components, as well as precise timing.
