These Leather boots, clad in shades of gray and obsidian, are sometimes known simply as the Thunder Boots. They have earned this name because a resounding thunderclap that accompanies their usage. Apart from this remarkable characteristic, they are renowned for their exceptional swiftness. The back of the boots is adorned with sleek silver bands that emit bursts of brilliant blue and white lightning when the wearer starts moving rapidly, leaving behind a mesmerizing crackling trail.

• While worn, the user gains +1 to their Dexterity Ability Score and an additional 10ft to their movement speed.
• The user is able to cross any surface as if it were solid ground and ignore Difficult Terrain. If the user ends their turn on a non-solid surface, the normal effects of standing on such a surface apply.
• Thunderous Echo: As a Bonus Action, the user can lift their heel and cause a booming clap of audible thunder up to 300ft away, as the silver bands begin to generate ethereal trails of lightning. While active, the user gains the features listed below. This effect lasts for 1 Minute, or until ended early as a Bonus Action, at which point the user suffers the effects of Finish Line. Once used, this feature cannot be used again until the next Dawn.
• Gotta Go Fast: If the user takes the Dash Action, their speed is increased 3 times its base value for that turn.
  • While using this feature, the user can move across any surface, including vertical surfaces and move upside down, as if it was solid ground.
  • While using Gotta Go Fast the user does not provoke Opportunity attacks.
• Arcing Trails: Any creature that the wearer moves within 5ft of a creature, they must make a DC:16 Dexterity saving throw or take 3d6 lightning damage
  • A creature can take this damage only once per turn.
• Finish Line: When Thunderous Echo ends, the user suffers 1 level of exhaustion and their movement speed is halved for 1 minute.
