Description:
Crafted by the Fire Elemental Zatchet, This Scale Mail Armor consists of a coat and leggings of orange and red dyed leather with overlapping pieces of black iron, sectioned akin to scales. The suit also includes gauntlets. The armor is warm to the touch. Sigils of flames cover its metallic surfaces and the gauntlets look like they are ablaze when the item is activated.

Activation Prerequisite: (Verbal) To activate the item's ability, the word's "Flame-On" are spoken.
Duration: Concentration, up to 1 Minute.
Item Ability Description:
The next time you hit a target with a Melee Weapon attack during the effect's duration, your Weapon flares with white-hot intensity, and the attack deals an extra 1D6 Fire Damage to the target and causes the target to ignite in flames. At the start of each of its turns until the effect ends, the target must make a DC-13 Constitution Saving Throw. On a failed save, it takes 1D6 Fire Damage. On a successful save, the effect ends. If the target or a creature within 5 feet of it uses an action to put out the flames, or if some other effect douses the flames (such as the target being submerged in water), the effect ends.

This armor consists of a coat and leggings (and perhaps a separate skirt) of leather covered with overlapping pieces of metal, much like the scales of a fish. The suit includes gauntlets.
